Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment
Products sold through the Secret Rule Shop may be fulfilled either directly by Secret Rule from Italy or by Printful, depending on the product ordered.
Because different products may be fulfilled from different locations, an order containing multiple items may be divided into separate shipments and may arrive at different times.
Products Shipped by Secret Rule
CDs, vinyl records and selected merchandise are shipped directly by Secret Rule from Italy.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and total shipment weight and are displayed at checkout before payment.
Standard shipping for these products is generally untracked unless otherwise specified.
For selected preorder campaigns, tracked shipping may be offered or required. Any specific shipping conditions for a preorder will be clearly stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.
Printful Products
Products fulfilled by Printful include shipping costs in the product price. No additional standard shipping charge is therefore applied to these products at checkout.
Printful products are fulfilled from the facilities available for the customer's destination and can be shipped to countries supported by Printful.
Mixed Orders
If an order contains both products shipped directly by Secret Rule and products fulfilled by Printful, Shopify may divide the order into separate shipments.
In this case, the customer will only be charged the applicable shipping cost for the products shipped directly by Secret Rule. Printful products will retain free shipping.
United States and Canada
Secret Rule does not currently ship its directly fulfilled products to the United States or Canada due to high shipping costs, customs related issues and delivery reliability.
Customers in the United States can purchase Secret Rule physical releases through Amazon or our US distributor.
Printful products remain available to customers in the United States and Canada where fulfillment is supported.
International Orders
Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay import duties, customs fees or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not collected by Secret Rule at checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise.
