Some products are manufactured and fulfilled on demand by Printful, while other products are stocked and shipped directly by Secret Rule.
Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where necessary.
5. Prices and Taxes
Prices displayed in the Secret Rule Shop include applicable taxes where required and according to the tax settings applicable to the customer and transaction.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country where these are not collected at checkout.
Prices may be changed at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
6. Orders and Payment
By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
Submitting an order that requires payment creates an obligation to pay the amount shown at checkout.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or an obvious technical error.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Products may be shipped either directly by Secret Rule or through Printful.
Orders containing products fulfilled from different locations may be divided into separate shipments and may arrive at different times.
Shipping destinations, charges and available shipping methods depend on the product and destination.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
8. Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Where applicable, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For change of mind returns where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this has been communicated in advance.
Different procedures may apply to Print on Demand products, damaged products, incorrect products, sealed audio recordings, personalised goods and digital products, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Defective or Non Conforming Products
Consumers are entitled to the legal protections applicable to defective or non conforming goods.
For consumers in the European Union, goods are covered by the applicable statutory legal guarantee. EU rules provide a minimum two year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to what was advertised or agreed.

10. Print on Demand Products
Some merchandise is manufactured and fulfilled on demand by Printful.
Production and fulfilment may take place at different facilities depending on the product and delivery destination.
Printful related claims for damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect products are handled according to the procedures described in our Return and Refund Policy.
The fact that a product is manufactured on demand does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including the Secret Rule name, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, designs, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SL AGENCY and Secret Rule.
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, sold or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
